We love our stay here! They have 24hrs frontdesk, there's a laundry shop, gym, convenient store and cafiteria on the ground floor. They also change our towels and mat everyday! would love to stay here again! But please note that via grab it would cost 200.00 PHP per ride, so if you are a traveller who are joining organized tours I would recommend for you to book somewhere close or walking distance from Sm/Traveller's lounge as it is where they pick you up or drop you off every start/end of the tour. Photos are for points only, was not able to take photos inside out room.

when it comes to security, alicia has one of the best security teams and checking in late at night isnt a problem. The rooms are clean and staff are nice.
