This was a wonderful experience. The hotel is near the train station, so it was easy to get to from the airport via train, and easy to take other public transportation. Restaurants and shopping were nearby, as was the tram to many museums. The staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived after being awake all night on our flight, and were absolute zombies by 1 pm. The wonderful lady at the desk found us an excellent room that was ready, even though we were early. So grateful! The room, while not huge, was definitely adequate for 2 people with a medium bag and carry-on each. It was clean and so very quiet. We were on the courtyard side, and heard nothing, not from outside or from other rooms. Hot water was available without problems, and our room did have air conditioning (the window wasn't supposed to open).

Great hotel. Very cute and well-designed room, even for a solo traveler (single rooms often feel like afterthoughts).

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and convenient! Beautiful & clean room right in central Stockholm!

This is a wonderful hotel centrally located in Stockholm. The room and bathroom were spotless and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was also a very reasonable rate. Given all this, I am not sure if there is a better choice in Stockholm.

Great place. Solid breakfast. Great for families. very good location for food and shopping.

Welcoming staff, great location, clean and comfortable

Good location. Great staff

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is convenient to restaurants and shops. You can walk to Old Town. The room is clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast is good with a fee.

Great location. Nice hotel

Room was extremely small in comparison to others of same group that we had stayed. Breakfast was very poor everything was cold after 1st day we opted for a cafe.
