Vraiment bon le staff

As a frequent international traveler who almost always stays at Hyatt hotels, this was by far the worst Hyatt experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other in the lobby than helping waiting guests. The room had multiple maintenance issues. The shower water constantly fluctuated between cold and extremely hot, and the toilet kept running after flushing. What shocked me most was the maintenance staff’s attitude. Instead of apologizing or showing any empathy when I reported the problem, he implied that I was using the toilet incorrectly. Being blamed instead of helped was completely unacceptable. Maintenance issues can happen at any hotel, but poor customer service should not. This property falls far below the Hyatt standard and was a very disappointing experience. If you expect the level of service and professionalism normally associated with Hyatt, avoid this property—it was the most disappointing Hyatt experience I’ve had anywhere in the world.

L'hotêl a perdu de sa qualité. Il n'y a plus de drink de bienvenue. Le rooftoop était réservé pour un événwment en pleine période de vacances. La construction autour bloque les vue et est hyper bruyante dès 6h45 le matin. On amait avant mais plus maintenant.

The hotel is great. The staff are fabulous. But I feel sorry for them where the located. Nothing but surrounded in a homeless shelters. People begging for money off the street . People passed out on the sidewalks. It looks like a scene from The Walking Dead. But again staff are great. Hotel is beautiful. It’s just too bad where it’s located. I think it’s in our nation‘s capital and that’s how they’re running in this country. Into the ground.

I like the art on the front desks

Tout à été parfait , la plupart parle français, les déjeuners excellent les prix raisonnables, sur la terrasse au 16e c'est très bien bon service .Au comptoir à l'arrivée le personnel est souriant.

We’ve stayed at this hotel several times. It’s our ‘go to’ when we stay in Ottawa. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The property and rooms are clean and in excellent shape. It’s convenient to many attractions in Ottawa.
