Firstly, the staff is very polite and attentive. The hotel is nice but the location is average. Parking was free. There are 2 buildings for the hotel. The main one holds the reception desk and dining hall. Building 2 has the leisure center in the basement with ping pong table and billiards, gym on the first floor. We stayed in a deluxe double room which had a small soaking tub and separate shower. A cloth robe and slippers are provided for in-room use. Outdoor lap pool is unheated but wading pool for kids is partially heated by the onsen spring tubs. The private onsen are additional charge, as well as spa services.
