Fantastic friendly and polite staff, who go out of their way to help you and make your stay stress free. Clean tidy motel with everything you could need including a gym, pool and a delicious breakfast. Located in a convenient location, close to a huge shopping centre and lots of restaurants and cafes.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING! From the reception up to the restaurant staff, they're all well-trained, approachable, and efficient. This is one of the major things that I look at when checking in a hotel since it's in the hospitality industry, it should be necessary to be hospitable. Fortunately, Somerset Millenium Makati aced it! Rooms are clean, well-ventilated, and maintained. Food was good; although I was expecting that there's a huge buffet setup (which was usual for hotels with the same price). It's also cool that it's pet-friendly, near malls and stores, and has basic amenities of a 5-star hotel.

A very good place to relax. A very pet friendly hotel though we don’t check in with pets. We just saw some of the guests have their pets inside. :) The 2 bedroom deluxe are very spacious for 4 guests. Just a little walk going to Greenbelt. The reception approved our request for check out extension. It was an awesome stay. :)
