It was a nice experience. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They upgraded my room to something bigger because it was my birthday, and they gave me a complimentary cake, which was really thoughtful of them. I just didn't expect that there wouldn't be a massage therapist, since it was a spa. I didn't know that spas in Taiwan didn't have massage therapy. But overall, the bath was healing.

The room is big and clean. Hot spring tub in the room is very therapeutic especially after a long hike. The mountain and park view from the room is ammazing and serene. Breakfast is delicious and beautifully presented

Hotel is just located opposite Plum Garden (however Plum Garden is currently undergoing renovation). It is also near to: Beitou Library, Puji Temple & the Thermal Valley. Breakfast is served at 3rd floor at 3 timings, 7am, 8am or 9am. Portion is big. You can choose Chinese or western breakfast.
