Stayed with family · For friends and family

We found the hotel to not live up to the pictures and amenities expected. Items in the room were falling apart, the shower handle fell off in my hands and other sinks parts very loose.

No!! Very sketchy people in there. I left didn’t feel safe ..asked for a refund or even a partial one because I was only there for three hours and they wouldn’t give it to me

Fantastic

Stayed with friends

The check-in gent (Samba his name I believe) was helpful and personable (and speaks 4 languages), my room and bathroom were clean, bed comfortable, water plentiful and hot, and the price was competitive. Further, and importantly, I'm a sound-sensitive person and my room was quiet. For all these reasons, I would stay at this hotel again.

Staff and check in was easy and pleasant good recommendation for dinner at a locally owned bistro-Awesome A lot of effort and energy had been put into the renovations- an excellent effort outside and inside assure the guests that more is yet to come

Stayed with kids

We were traveling with kids. It was terrible to stay there. After viewing couple of rooms we decided that we can’t stay there.. We didn’t even checked in. We had to find other hotels to stay. Staff was not friendly and very poor customer service and unprofessional.

Great

Stayed with partner

The property is ungoing renovation and we stayed there several days over the course of a week. The rooms were in various states of condition. The furniture and bedding was very good in most rooms. The property shows it's age and thus the renovation. It's a bit overpriced on the weekends but it's summertime and to be expected. The weekend rates are clearly overpriced considering the property condition.
