It is a great hotel. Waves crashing on the beach. They have everything to make your stay a great experience. Very quiet and relaxing with beach chairs a,do towels to borrow for the week. Close to downtown Kona.

Stay was easy and very enjoyable. The room was clean, dated but the highlight was the balcony. We ate takeout and breakfasts with a great view but could’ve cooked with the well prepared kitchen. The bed however was definitely lopsided and worn and pillows not too great either. The beach chairs included I would skip on and just rent at a store. Very easy location and parking for all the activities in Kona.

This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It was much larger than expected and had plenty of space for 5 people. The maintenance staff does a great job cleaning the pool and BBQ area each morning. Definitely would recommend to anyone!!

Beautiful and peaceful. Very clean and comfortable. Loved listening to the ocean waves as I fell asleep. One of my favorite days was the day we just stayed at the property and relaxed. The views are just as spectacular as any other place we traveled to on the island😊

Good location on the sea with easy and plentiful parking. It's only a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The condo was spacious and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay.

We stayed in the 1-bedroom oceanfront room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The ocean view was immaculate and made the entire stay even more relaxing and memorable. Waking up to the sound and sight of the ocean every day was amazing. The staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and welcoming. I would definitely return to this resort if I visit Hawaii again.
