Hotel was a great value for the price, close to everything in the French Quarter and both Canal and Bourbon St. Room was spacious with plenty of room and both a fan and A/C. Front desk staff was always welcoming and very sweet.

The room had a great intimate feel to it , the a/c worked great and the bathroom and shower were a great size , beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and to top it off it had a great view of the French quarters

Check in was a breeze! Air conditioner was AMAZING!! Coffee is in the lobby. They were out when we made our way down, but the front desk quickly made another pot. It was mostly clean, except for the floors-bathroom floor had several hairs, hallway and elevator floor were not clean. I understand constant foot traffic, but the bathroom floors definitely encouraged the wearing of shoes in the room. Bed was comfortable and pillows were fluffy. Our room layout didn’t flow very well, but when passing other rooms we did see better layouts. We were able to check in a little early and check out a little late, which worked very well with our travel plans. The connecting restaurant had a great happy hour and the atmosphere was a classy, laid back vibe. Location was PERFECT!! Within walking distance to great restaurants (aren’t they all great in Nola) and other must visit stops. I would stay here again!

The room could use a thorough deep clean. Under the cushions in our chair and the couch were not cleaned at all. Some of the views that they state are street are just the brick building behind the hotel with an alley between them. Staff was nice. Older hotel but charming for being in New Orleans to soak in the history.

The staff was very delightful except for one instance when we arrived someone’s luggage was lost and we become victims of a new rule because we were present during the mishap. Eventually we were able to check in and everything was lovely except the fact that the phone didn’t work in the rooms, the Roku TV was not able to be paired via Airplay with our devices (We enjoy music over Television so we were excited for the Roku), and the shower didn’t close, so water dispersed all over the floor like the beginning of The Titanic! Overall though we had a great stay with the Staff and the positioning of the hotel right in the French Quarter. They also had good hot water with some of the best cold air during those hot and humid days. We will be back but hopefully by then some of these problems will be adjusted.

Pleasant hotel, bo parking, however the staff helped ensure we had parking in a local lot. Only issue we had, was our room backed onto a road with large garbage cans that were picked up early each morning waking us up. Also being in the French Quarter, around the hotel was noisy for much of the night. However no complaints about the property itself, and the staff were very helpful.
