Solo stay

It's a nice location and overall it was clean, but it's older, the rooms were tiny, and a lot of hallway noise at night. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've slept on in a long time. Very thin, bad pillows, scratchy bedding.. The outdoor patio was nice. Change the bed and I might go back.

Solo stay

This hotel is very rundown and dirty. Plumbing is bad, and sinks have still water with mold in them; my room was not cleaned up, literally shining from human barefoot grease reflecting from the floor. Towels are the size of a small tissue; bed sheets have not been replaced from prior guest; had to sleep in my clothes. The staff is polite, but the hotel itself is worse than an abandoned highway motel - mold and dirt everywhere. Stay away.

Perfect hotel you walk out and you are on the beach right next to the pier, walking distance literally to a convenient store and restraunts and bars no need to uber any where. There is an outside deck with fire pits and a top deck with beautiful view of the ocean. The room it self is small has a fridge, The microwave is right outside the room in a clean little hall way. This was perfect for our little stay.

They had a nice roof top deck and a patio at beaxh level. Could walk right onto the beach. Our only complaint was no plastic cups or a ice machine.

We loved the location of this hotel, right on Venice Beach! When you walk out the front door, you are on the walking path running up and down the beach. The hotel has a courtyard with an outdoor fireplace, and is located close to a great many restaurants and shops. The vlaue was also excellent! The only issue was parking, as we had to pay extra to reserve one of a few spaces in the alley, and the spaces were small and cramped. (They are suited for regular or compact cars, but several guests had large trucks and vans, parking at an angle and interfering with everyone else.)

We love this place. It's in a great location and very relaxed feeling. Everything was clean and they were very accommodating! We were fortunate to get an early check in, as we had checked out of another hotel that same day. One thing I do recommend, since they have a microwave, is to have some paper cups or mugs, for hot drinks and some utensils to eat with.
