Fantastic
We had a beautiful suite overlooking Lake Lucerne. The staff from the bell staff to front desk to the restaurant personnel to the maid service could not be better. Their training program must be excellent!!!

Great hotel. Excellent food options! We were very impressed with the food at the brasserie. Our room was perfect and we loved the layout. Our only complaint iwas that they shut the bar down for a private party at 10pm. We found that very odd and disappointing that we couldn’t have a night cap at our hotel. But it was obviously not the end of the world. We felt they should have rented out a private spaces to the group and not block hotel guests from using the hotel bar.

I would not recommend this hotel. While it possesses a favorable location, the quality of the food at 3 of the 4 restaurants has been unsatisfactory, the pricing is excessively high, and the service standards are significantly below average. The hotel itself has not been properly maintained and appears to be deteriorating.
