GoodSolo stay
I really did enjoy my stay, the pool was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the breakfast. However, be prepared for a lot of steps. My room happened to be on the very last level possible. Consider it a hike and six levels down. Also, don't be surprised about the bugs.

FantasticStayed with friends
Great breakfast, even better staff, massages were amazing. The room was good but bathroom could use a renovation, beautiful pools and great location, also good food for supper as well. Would stay again

GreatStayed with friends
The staff was amazing, kind, helpful. Massage was so worth it and decently priced. Both pools are beautiful and well taken care of. The Deluxe rooms were a bit run down and could use Reno. The food was ok. Overall an amazing place to stay while in Ubud.

FantasticStayed with kids
Loved the location - close to most things yet tucked away, off the road so it was completely quiet - made sleeping at night so easy.
Small resort like feel, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
It backed onto jungle and we couldn’t see other properties from it - felt very private. The forest / jungle behind the hotel, by the lower pool connected with the Monkey Forest, so we could watch the monkeys from the pool, we also saw parrots and iguanas in there.
The gardens were pretty and well maintained.
Pools were great, breakfast was lovely.
Staff were nice and very attentive.
A favourite property of ours, we will stay here again!

The accommodation was unique and tranquil - 2 swimming pools! The staff were friendly and professional. A one-on-one cooking lesson was great fun and value for money. Looked after beautifully. Transport needed to markets but easy to manage. Good dining options and spa options near by. Amazing value for money. Highly recommend.

We loved the outside/common areas of this hotel with a magnificent pool. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated but still good with comfy beds.

My husband and I had a regular hotel room on the second floor. It was very large and clean, and the bed was decently soft. The only issue I had with the Room is that it was difficult to get in and out of the tub as it was raised quite high.
The he area is close to lots of amenities and very walkable and quiet with absolute gorgeous scenery. There are two pools available. Everything is built on the side of a hill, so there is lots of steps. so as long as you were able to walk up and down steps, there is no issues. The bottom pool is absolutely gorgeous. However, there was quite a few ants on the chairs that we kept having to clear off or spray away from us, otherwise our day was really great and I would recommend staying here again.

Below averageSolo stay · For leisure
I checked in for 2 nights and was placed in a damp, mouldy room, far from reception. As I arrived very late and tired, it was too late to change rooms. I was in a room that stank of damp and mould. It probably hadn't been aired for weeks. The bedding was damp and the aircon didn't work. The next day I complained and asked to switch to a non-moldy room. I was promised a call back, which never came. As I was staying a total of 2 nights and had heavy luggage, I decided to endure for a final night. The room was about 5 flights of steep stairs down a valley and I didn't fancy lugging a 25kg suitcase for the sake of 1 night. A real shame as the photos make this place look like a relaxing oasis.
