During our stay at the New Oriental Hotel in Danang, we were impressed by the outstanding service provided by Lucie. Always cheerful and welcoming, she made every interaction a pleasure. Whenever we had questions about the city, Lucie quickly offered clear and helpful answers. Her knowledge of local attractions greatly enhanced our trip. She also arranged cars to different destinations, making our travel plans easy and stress‑free. Lucie’s attentiveness gave us confidence that we were well cared for. Her positive energy brightened our days at the hotel. We appreciated her professionalism in handling all our requests with ease. Meeting Lucie each day was a highlight of our stay.
