My stay at Livotel Hotel Hua Mak was fairly average overall. The hotel offers good value for the price, with spacious rooms, a swimming pool, fitness facilities, free Wi‑Fi, and convenient parking. The location is also reasonably convenient, especially for guests visiting the Hua Mak and Ramkhamhaeng areas. However, the main issue during my stay was cleanliness. While the room was generally comfortable and the staff service was fine, I noticed that cleanliness could be improved in certain areas. Some parts of the room and facilities did not feel as well-maintained as expected, which affected the overall impression. The staff were generally polite and helpful, and the basic facilities were there, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping and attention to cleanliness details. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re looking for an affordable stay with good basic facilities, but I would recommend managing expectations regarding cleanliness.

Quite far from the city center but can take grab or air railway and transfers to BTS train going to city center malls. the vicinity area of the hotel is nice . hotel have spa and also vicinity with a lot of restaurants and convenience store and 7/11.
