Simple, beautiful stay. Helpful staff, great food, right on the beach. Lovely stay.

Amazing property, best location on Kaanapali.

We had a great time. Wonderfull place! Just the pool needs some maintenance.

The cultural classes and location made this location shine. It was wonderful to get to experience Hawaiian culture through the free classes. The location of the resort on the west side of the island and on the beach made for amazing sunset views every night. Loved that they had live music every evening at the brewery on site, but had a firm cutoff time of 10 pm so as not to disturb guests too late with the music. The breakfast vouchers were good for the Maui brewery on site, and definitely worth it at $30/per person per day. You’d easily go higher than $30/person for breakfast each day if you just did à la carte. Also, if you have morning activities planned and won’t make breakfast one day but paid for the breakfast each day of your stay, you can let them know the day before you’ll miss breakfast and they’ll let you order a packed breakfast/lunch that you can pick up at the front desk on your way out as you leave for your activity. Would highly recommend bringing extra towels and a light portable beach umbrella. They also sell this stuff at a ABC within walking distance of the hotel. Cost to rent chairs + umbrella on the beach through the hotel was $85 per day, which was a little steep for what my husband and I budgeted for our stay. Otherwise, all in all a fantastic, relaxing experience in a wonderful location and with great exposure to local history and culture through classes. Would definitely book again.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel clean. This was a return trip for us as we have enjoyed our stay in the past. The only negative is they seem to be charging excessive fees for everything. e.g. we ate at the hotel restaurant and were charged a kitchen fee because we ordered food. Never heard of or paid a kitchen fee on top of your meal price. Several other fees came up at checkout.

Everything was pretty awesome there. Maui Brewing Company food is phenomenal. My only complaint would have to be that with a resort fee of $45 a day having to pay an additional $85 for two chairs and an umbrella seemed a little bit ridiculous. That should have been included within the resort fee. Otherwise it was a great stay. The staff are all so super friendly

Staff at desk were very helpful. Pool could use additional cleaning during the day. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are not included for the beach and are expensive. Property is well maintained and in a great ocean front location.
