Great Good Central location. Only problem we had was chasing up a room clean. Eventually sorted at 5pm which delayed our plans

Fantastic Spacious clean room, excellent city centre location, great in-room coffee machine, beautiful lobby offering free sparkling and still water. Great hotel security, excellent checkin-checkout process. Lovely restaurant. Fabulous A/C!! Great shower and bed.

Fantastic Room was clean, check in was quick and easy. They have rain umbrellas to rent in lobby. Also a new water filling station with still and sparkling water. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and shower had nice hot water. Location was great we walked everywhere from the hotel. Area felt safe and a there is a great pastry cafe around the corner.

Great Room was clean but smaller than shown in the pictures; actually it was quite small. Breakfast buffet was good (and popular so try to be there right as it opens). Food in the restaurant was excellent but service in the restaurant was slow and inattentive. Very convenient location.

Great The hotel was fine and an easy walk to the city center of Dublin without being in the middle of it all. The Mossco restaurant had good food which was not overpriced. However, be sure to buy water and snacks outside of the hotel (there is a Spar or Tesco right around the corner) as one bottle of water cost 5 Euro (small bottle). Other than that, it is located approximately 1 block away from Trinity Business College which you can walk through an onto the beautiful campus. One disappointing thing was that the hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room. This is particularly annoying when you are taking early morning tours that last the full day and you want to buy sandwiches to store overnight and take with you on the tour. Other than that, the bed wasn't the most comfortable but it was okay. If you are looking for luxury this would not be recommended.

Great The standard twin room was too small, especially the bathroom, so we had to upgrade to a double room. The manager was kind and helpful, and didn't charge extra for the upgrade. Everything else about the hotel and services was quite excellent; I would stay there again!

Fantastic We had a superior twin room, felt like king bed and honestly it was 4th hotel we stayed at but best one so far. Little things were: ice machine (so far only hotel that has ice machine), very nice soaking tub with extremely hot water, room amenities, friendly staff knowledgeable staff, etc.

GreatStayed with partner
Room was small, by US standards, but clean and the hotel well located in Dublin. The breakfast, which we were offered at a reduction at checkin, was excellent. The staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions.

FantasticStayed with friends
It was my first time traveling out of the US.
We loved the location and the staff!
On a funny note, we left our passports in the safe- I panicked! After calling the front desk, they were able to find our passports and hold them until we were back in town.
Thank you!
