Worst hotel experience of our lives and I have traveled a LOT! The hotel front desk- Phylis- was the most unprofessional, hateful, rude, and nasty individual we have ever come across. For no valid reason she refused to allow us to check in. But she then still charged us. At 1 am in the morning a group of 5 were denied our pre-paid rooms. This included an 85 year old, a disabled 72 year old, a 68 year old, a visually impaired person, and a child. We were left to scramble to find rooms after traveling for 18 hours. This was the day LaGuardia had been shut down for a sink hole on a runway, and weather issues - flying standby, etc. bottom line- Hilton not Expedia normaPhylis did us right. Don’t stay here. RUN!
