Superior room? Needs updating, couldn't close the bathroom door, which is also tiny, not enough room to swing a cat.
As there are fridges in the room, fresh milk would be nice

The bath had an 8 inch long section of rust on the rim and lime scale build up on the bottom part of the shower door. Other than that the rest was lovely.
The pillows were very thin and felt like rolled up carpet, how I wish I had taken my feather pillow. The bed felt nice and comfy when sat on the side but both my wife and I had a poor night's sleep, she woke with back ache and I had a painful hip from being a side sleeper.
On a positive the room was nice and clean. We ate at Leo's and we both had a nice meal.
Would we return - no.

FantasticStayed with family · For friends and family
Great stay in clean property with helpful staff. Location isn't too bad as it's only a 10 minute drive into centre of Oxford. Parking bit of a pain as the car park gets very full. Hotel is huge so be prepared to walk a distance to get to your room, only a problem if you are disabled like me. Disabled bays an issue as only 3 available. wasn't impressed with breakfast, it was OK but nothing special. Good facilities and everything you need in your room. We were by the conferences for our stay and their is a funny musty smell in the rooms but this wasn't too strong.

Apart from the fuses going in the room (which was quickly remedied) we had a great stay.

Sadly there was an issue with the room we booked, so we were given a twin room with disability features - it was fine, though could do with a bit more upkeep. The facilities weren't unuseable, but the height differences weren't the most comfortable for an able bodied person - it's maybe something the staff can consider when switching rooms.
