I had a great stay at this hotel. Its location is excellent—right next to Phuket Terminal 1, making it extremely convenient for public transportation. Getting around was very easy.
The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They could speak both Chinese and English, so communication was smooth and hassle-free.
The room looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel itself is quite new, which made the stay even more comfortable. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk to Phuket Old Town.
The only downside is that there is no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!
