Fantastic
The staff were so accommodating. I had to book this hotel very last minute as I was unable to continue to travel with my travel partner. The experience at Henry Kermit was wonderful. Every need and help I needed was met with caring and compassionate staff. High quality! Delicious restaurant on site! Charming yoga hut and surf school on site!

Excellent staff. They were quick to check our room for any damage after the earthquake. Staff was friendly and adressed us by name. They were always willing to help and answer any question. The location is Excellent. Kind of tucked away so you dont hear the busy main street but close to walk to.

Great location! Close to everything. We wanted to try other hotels so we only stayed a couple nights. When it was time to check out and asked if we could hire a transfer to get to the other hotel they recommended us getting a tuktuk. Which our luggages did not fit in one tuktuk. Kind of disappointing. Restaurant staff was amazing though and also the tuktuk driver that helped us out.

Special check-in instructions

Check-in time is at 3:00PM, Check-out is at 12:00PM; Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to applicable charges and room availability.

All guest rooms are NON-SMOKING. Guests caught smoking will incur a fine of Php 10,000 to compensate for the time the room is out of service due to cleaning and airing out. The resort's designated smoking area is located near the main gate of the resort.

Breakfast is served from 7:00AM to 9:30AM. Guests wishing to have breakfast outside of these hours may pre-order at Kermit Restaurant the night before.

Consumption or bringing of any food with a pungent odor, such as durian fruit, is strictly prohibited in the resort. Guests failing to comply will be charged a cleaning fee of PHP 4,000. Dried fish can be endorsed to the management for safekeeping, provided it is properly packed.

Any damages incurred, such as breakages and stains caused by the guest during their stay, are subject to applicable fees

Pets are not allowed inside the resort premises.

The pool is open from 7:00 AM until 9:00 PM and is exclusive to in-house guests only.

Guests are reminded that there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME. The Henry Resort at Kermit Siargao and its management shall not be held liable for any accidents or untoward incidents that may occur during guests' stay.

All guests' visitors must present a valid ID and comply with the resort's policies and procedures.

Guests' visitors are permitted in the resort until 10:00PM only. Visitors wishing to stay beyond this time will incur a charge of PHP 2,000.00 per person, inclusive of breakfast. The maximum number of persons per room must be strictly observed.

The Reception is open until 8 PM. Any requests or assistance required after this time may be directed to the security guard.

Any shortening of stay, modification or deviation after check-in shall not be entitled to a refund.
