hotel location: near a lot of malls. cleanliness: you do have to request for cleaning and new towels everyday. but it is clean. for other amenities like hair dryer, you also have to request. no toiletries aside from toothbrush, toothpaste, and tissues. (photos from Surabaya Zoo and nearby mall)
