10/10 service! i arrived early, but they still welcomed me really nicely especially the receptionist of the hostel. the room was nice, clean, and comfy and u will get a nice city view. for the price, honestly u get more than what u pay for. had a really nice stay here even for a short time cleanliness: 10/10 service: 10/10

the place is worth your budget. this is good if you only sleep for the night and roam for the day. It has common bathroom but good. receptionist are also friendly.

it is a pretty nice stay and location wise is good. near to many attractions, and it is pretty walkable. the facilities wise, bed can be a little bit hard and the blanket is thin. it may get cold at night.

its located in a nice place. Near the lake and shopping areas and the train street. also affordable price. we just booked it to place our luggage and take a shower. will book again once we go back to hanoi. thank you the staffs are nice too.
