Fantastic
Great choice for one night stay. Clean, neat and well maintained. Lovely kitchen to make a drink or prepare your food. Little outside space at the back. Massive bonus was the ceiling fan which was so important with the hot weather. Very conveniently located for our event at Robin Park the next day. Suitable parking in the side street near the property.

You get what you pay for I guess and paying £65 a night, I wasn't expecting the Ritz. The property is on a main road within a row of terrace housing, around fifteen minute walk from central Wigan. My 'deluxe' room had a damp smell and peeling wallpaper so not the best from that perspective. The rooms are accessed via entering a long code on a push button metal keypad. A simple door key would have been much simpler to use. You have access to a communal area, a kitchen, dining table, fridge and TV. None of these facilities are in room. In summary, a low priced property with a low price feel. The choice is yours 😊

Solo stay

It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.

Fantastic

Solo stay

Mo runs a great serviced accommodation. Immaculate, simple automated check in, well stocked and large kitchen, everything you need for an overnight or longer. Way better than a hotel, and reasonably priced. Shops close by, too.

It was okay but the room I stayed in was tight by the roadside. The noise filtered into the room at all hours of the day and night.
