Fantastic The room is small but if you do
Your research, you’ll know that, it came with everything you needed except an iron but they have a separate room for that. The thing I liked most about it was the ambient light in the shower and how you can control everything from a tablet, also check in is self check in which is pretty cool too. You can also save the check in card you use for next time you stay there. They don’t have there own parking garage so you’ll need to park in a public, if you do park in the public garage just a heads up you don’t need to go through the garage it’s self to get to your car, you can buzz the building next to it( 600 congress) and they’ll let you in and you can take an elevator. I’d recommend if your single stay or a couple stay but for kids, idk if they have rooms with more beds but I’ve only seen them with just one bed and that’s it. The trip was amazing and the view is okay but overall everything was great no complaints really except they could add an iron to the rooms in instead of having a whole separate room.

Good The place was soooo cool. But the AC wasnt working and the front desks only option for us was to check out or basically deal with it.

Great I enjoyed everything about this hotel, but it seems like it is common for the AC to go out because other reviews have mentioned the same thing. Aside from that everything was great, hotel staff was great, amenities were great, and perfect for solo or two travelers.

Good The AC went out in the dead of summer with temperatures outside above 100. The poor staff onsite had no plan, no guidance, and no real options to provide guests. This was an epic failure of senior management and corporate for putting their people and guests through this dilemma.

Stayed here for our first time Thursday-Saturday. Check in was easy, you do it yourself and staff are around for any questions. Room is small which was expected but didn’t feel too small for 2 people. Great vibe. I appreciated that there was board games, tvs in common areas. My only complaints would be that the pool closes at 8:30 which i think is a bit early. I feel like they could’ve at least kept it open until 9, if not later. Also, everything is controlled through an iPad in the room including the AC. i tried to put it on high since the moment i got to the room and it would get slightly cooler then go back to feeling a little stuffy. I did bring this up to the staff the following morning which they stated there was an issues with the AC and it had already been resolved however if we wanted a fan in the room they could provide us with one which we did take the offer. There was a $20 hold fee on the fan for the night which was no problem as they gave it back when we checked out the following day. The fan did help and we slept way better the 2nd night. Also, use spothero for parking! got 2 days with in/outs at a parking garage near by and only paid about $22.
in the end, i do recommend this place to others and would gladly stay again in the future!

Had a fantastic 4-night stay at citizenM in Austin, Downtown. The hotel is wonderful -the ambiance and design are so modern and welcoming. The staff were absolutely lovely and made everything easy. Clean, comfortable and great atmosphere. I will definitely be back on my next trip and highly recommend to my family and friends.
