Ok hotel The staff here is horrible Really bad When u ask help they turn away Dorothy at front desk was nice and she was the only team member that really wanted to help Prices …. Omg Diet Coke in the pool is18 usd If u call front desk Nobody answer never Be careful the hotel gave me key to someone else room !!!! They security is really bed Not coming back

There were some kind of construction going on from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. The lines for the elevators were long every night. There were 2-4 security personnel at the entrance and nobody would organize the lines or give information unless asked for. The ladies at the second floor were more professional and gave us some information as of why we had to go that route. If I would have known I would had booked a room at the Mandalay towers instead of the W.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience there. They have everything from pools to fantastic restaurants and an aquarium. The service was exceptional, and I even received an upgraded room, which was wonderful. Will book again.

The suites in the W are amazing. Perfect for families! Recent reviews i read made me nervous to book noting remodeling and outdated rooms that were dirty and broken. None if that was accurate. The room was spectacular!

Had a lovely stay. Pool access is additional cost. Was mostly out exploring so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the hotel. We were able to store our luggage and explore more on departure day which the hotel was kind enough to accommodate complimentarily. A recommended stay for sure.

Noisy room. Lots of construction. We didn’t even get placed at mandalay. Beware it’s not the same hotel. It’s the W which is the next hotel next door even tho it’s advertised as mandalay bay.
