Room smells bad, dirty carpet, roach in the restroom, used hand soap. Limited towels.

It was clean and the sheets were fresh. Great place to stay and nice courtyard to use at night.

Pool was nice

Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. The location is convenient, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the pool was excellent. It was also a quiet place, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s rest. Unfortunately, there were several issues that would keep me from staying here again. The breakfast was exactly the same every day, with very limited variety, and unfortunately one member of our group became sick after eating it. Our room also had several cleanliness and maintenance problems. We found a roach in the bathroom, the toilet was leaking water, the carpet was dirty, and we discovered bugs behind one of the pieces of furniture. The bathroom also had a strong humidity/mildew odor. In addition, the outdoor common areas could have been much cleaner and better maintained. While the hotel is reasonably priced and has some positive qualities, the cleanliness and maintenance issues outweigh the benefits for me. Because of these experiences, I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Bueno
