The clean our room, change towels & sheets everyday. The location is the best as it it so close to train station. As for hair dryer we have to keep asking and wait 2 nights to have one available since they only have 8 as per staff.

Staffs are very helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable . The hotel lobby and its surroundings is very clean too. Very accesible because it is in front of Krung Thun Buri Station, was able to go to airport smoothly because of this. Very near Icon Siam.

i stayed here twice already and would definitely go back again! the hotel is very accessible since it is close to the BTS and Icon Siam. it is also very clean and has free drinks every morning!

The hotel was clean, which I really appreciated. However, only soap and shampoo are provided, so guests should bring their own slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste. The only downside was that the hotel room door kept acting up. We were given new key cards several times, but they still didn’t work. After raising the issue three times, the staff finally checked the door and found that the automatic lock had run out of battery.

I stayed here last September 12–17 and found it very convenient since it’s located right across the BTS station, making it easy to get around Bangkok. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which is always handy. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room looks exactly like the ones I’ve stayed in Manila—simple, clean, and consistent with the brand’s standard. It may feel a little pricey if you’re a solo backpack traveler on a tight budget, but the location and convenience definitely make up for it.
