Had a great experience from this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful for any enquiry and there's a buggy service to Siam Paragon which 2-3mins interval wait time unless is peak period. Will come back again to this hotel in future.

Very good and big room. Big bathroom. Great breakfast spread, multiple live food counters. Excellent food. Very good service. Very good location. Only drawback was 1 breakfast place for both wings. But overall enjoyed the stay. Would love to stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay with Chatrium, we stayed here for 3 nights and the staffs were welcoming and very hepful. Our room was spacious and I very much appreciate the bathroom since there are 2 sinks and the toilet and shower are separated. The hotel provided complimentary snacks and minibar daily, and I like the macaron served before our departure. I also enjoy the breakfast, since I am a muslim, I really appreciate that the separate the pork dishes from other dishes that can be eaten by muslims. They also provide buggy services to Siam Paragon which makes the experience more convenient.
