I may suggest that the staff need to be attentive and pay attention to some details regarding the guests. They are helpful, but some lack awareness and communication. They need to know what they are doing. The hotel is nice and very clean, but the floor mat has not been changed. The hotel could have some relaxing music or provide a welcoming atmosphere to give good vibes to their guests.
