room is good, with free shuttle to Kwai hing station to hotel and vise versa, no bidet in toilet, toilet is separated to the shower room. it is good for family who wants a quiet place after a tiring day in hk. nice staff transport access: good cleanliness: good service: nice staff but no free water breakfast: been 2 days b-fast always the same dish

hotel is very clean very accessible to kwai hing station, they have free shuttle to kwai hing station near 7 eleven just refer to given schedule, staff are very accomodating and approachable will definitely book again to this hotel

Nice and clean hotel, and kind staff from concierge to housekeeping. Location’s a bit far but a shuttle bus is so convenient. I can differentiate it from other shuttle buses as it’s looking great too. Though surrounded by factories, there are still nearby food hubs and convenient stores to go to. There’s a separation between toilet and shower rooms, never realized a bedside lavatory is a must.

Clean and hygienic place with a useful bedside lavatory. Separate toilet and shower rooms are a plus. A bit far since it’s in an industrial area, but the shuttle bus to the train station is convenient. Staff are all nice and helpful.

Hotel Ease Tsuen Wan provides comfortable and modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and a convenient shuttle service from/to nearest MTR station Kwai Hing(Every 30 mins once). It may be far from Central but guaranteed nice location still. The hotel room design is modern and stylish, with a gym and a great restaurant. Bathroom and toilet in separate portion. One of the major drawback is Complimentary waterbottle and Breakfast not provided. Other than everything is value for money.

Budget-friendly hotel close to Lantau Island (Disneyland; Citygate; Ngong Ping). Easy check-in and check-out. Hotel staff are all friendly. Spacious rooms and comfy beds. Love the strong water pressure in the show. It's also good that the toilet, sink & shower are separated. No bidet though. Hotel is located in an industrial area so nothing much to see. We were out most of the time so it was not a big issue. Hotel provides free shuttle to the nearest MTR every 30min. Hope the hotel provides daily complimentary water or at least a free water refill station in the future.
