excellent service from check in to check out. staff are always helpful and friendly and supportive. it was my daughter birthday and they offered late check oit plus decoration plus room upgrade. highly appreciated.

Hotel staff and receptionists were very cheerful, pleasant, spoke good english, and the best of all is VERY HELPFUL. From giving advice where to go, what to eat, to helping us navigate around Da Nang. Special mention to Thien, he accommodated us when we arrived early in the morning to check-in early for us to get some sleep. And exceptional service from Miss Irene, we really appreciated her help and patience as we ask too many questions from her. She even heped us how to go to Hanoi and Sa Pa. She is really kind. The overall experience was great. We plan to visit Da Nang and Hanoi again, so definitely we'll be back there for sure.

A great and affordable place if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing hotel vibe! The staff were very accommodating — they even let us stay in a family suite during the typhoon (we originally booked the penthouse). The interior is beautiful, and the Wi-Fi connection is strong. We’ll definitely book again when we come back to Da Nang with our friends!

We decided to extend because we had an evening flight and felt comfortable to stay there but the room was booked already but it was a blessing that when we booked for another room, we just had to transfer one floor down.Thank God.
