Location is great! 1st floor has supermarket and a lot of delicious and reasonable price food. 2nd floor has a bookstore. 3rd floor just next to the hotel lobby, has great gyoza. Can't really hear the sound of trains. Spacious room that can open up 3 luggages. There is an open space carpark, right in front of the hotel. After parking, pay at the hotel lobby 1,000yen for hotel guests overnight. Next day exit with the paid ticket.
