The booking process was very easy. After the booking and payment I got a confirmation value at the check in. The check in is open until 11:30 PM. The hotel has a bog luggage storage. You can drop your luggage before you enter the park. The Disney's Hollywood Hotel itself doesn't have an indoor pool but the Disney HongKong Hotel has, which you can use with your room card from Hollywood Hotel. We walked there. It's a walk of 12...15 min. The Hotel is nice and the breakfast has a lot of different choices of asian and international food as well as DimSum. The service in the hotel is amazing. This guys are friendly and helpful for all questions.

Great place to stay—just a few steps away from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station. There are plenty of food options nearby, and one of the best we tried was the local restaurant right beside the hotel. The room is small but very clean, the air-conditioning works well, and the bathroom has reliable hot and cold water. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

the hotel staff was kind to upgrade my room from standard twin to superior room as I was only staying for a night. The room was clean even the toilet. Transpo is also not a problem as there are minibuses, nearby airport bus stations and other buses and taxis often standby in front of the hotel entrance. 7eleven is 24 hrs open so if you ever run out of food or get hungry all of a sudden you can go to L1 to buy snacks.

Location-wise, the hotel is just a walk from A21 bus station and even Mongkok/Yau Ma Tei MTR stations. It is also budget-friendly! There’s also a dimsum place and a mini park just across the hotel. Room is jusr enough for 2 people (HK hotels standard size). Staffs are also welcoming. Overall, had a nice stay in the hotel!
