Visit Seoul’s largest aquarium and see the incredible diversity of aquatic life around the globe across a series of themed discovery zones. Located in the heart of Gangnam District, the Coex Aquarium showcases 650 species of marine animals from the heights of the Andean mountains to the depths of the Amazonian rainforest, in ecosystems ranging from rivers and swamps to the deep sea. Bring the entire family as you explore the various exhibits featuring 40,000 sea creatures housed in 183 display tanks and 90 breeding tanks holding over 3,500 tons of water. You can see live sharks, turtles, stingrays, electric eels, octopus, sinister-looking piranhas, pulsating jellyfish, and more. The aquarium has multiple rest areas as well as an open-top water tank that releases anions where you can make a pit stop and relax from all the walking. The Coex Aquarium is the perfect destination for kids (and adults!) of all ages.

The 63 Building, also known as the Hanhwa 63 City, is a skyscraper on Yeouido island boasting stunning views of the Han River and the city of Seoul. Opened in July 1985, the building is the tallest gold-clad structure in the world and a must-see landmark in South Korea. The 63 Building stands tall at 817ft and comprises 60 floors and 3 basement levels – offering plenty of space to explore and amazing scenery down below to admire. However, the building is much more than an observation tower. It's a multi-venue leisure complex containing every form of entertainment imaginable. Inside, you will find an IMAX cinema, art gallery, wax museum, performance hall and even an aquarium.
This was relatively an easy experience. We took the train to Seoul Station then a taxi from SS to Lotte World directly. You can also take the subway from SS to Jamsil Station which will bring you directly to LW. We went on a week day so it wasn’t as busy as the weekends and were able to ride what we wanted all about 20-45 minute wait times w/o Magic Pass. Overall 10/10 recommend especially for US Military.
Lotte world is definitely a must-go in Seoul!
It's one of the prettiest amusement parks I've ever seen, and it's also safe during the current Covid epidemic as they take a lot of precautions (all the rides are sanitized after each ride, you have to wear masks etc.).
Sadly, some of the rides and attractions are also closed due to Covid, but it's still a lot to do and to see.
I would recommend Lotte world totally if you are in Seoul and want to spent a fun day with friends and also if you want to rent a school uniform, go for it. you can take a lot of beautiful pictures inside or outside in front of the castle. :)
Buying the tickets from Klook was a lot easier and convenient. So one do not have to squeeze with the crowd at the ticket counter on the same day. Plus I believe the prices are more attractive with credits from Klook and bundle pricing. Lotte World is a must go fir those going to Seoul the first time. We spent almost the whole day there and even our young kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves! There are different themes for everyone of any age so just let your hair down!
Large, beautiful aquarium that's great for families or couples! We love the seals and sea lions. The exhibits are very nicely and creatively designed, like the jellyfish and large fish exhibits. There are interactive exhibits that were very popular with kids, like the fish-feeding! The scuba diver show was really cool, too. This is our favorite aquarium in Seoul, and we highly recommend checking it out!
i used klook for the first time for this trip and found that they have great prices and the vouchers are very easy to use.
lotte world is such a convenient theme park to go to. it is in Seoul so not much trav is needed to reach the location.the rides there are also very good and suitable for all ages. so many people there, so getting the magic passes are definitely worth it
It was a rainy day in Seoul so we decided to spend time indoors, hence choosing to go to the biggest indoor theme park in Seoul. We booked an hour or so before getting on a 30-minute train ride to Lotte World and the ticket lady accepted our voucher without any issues. The theme park definitely catered more to kids, but there were still tons of thrilling rides for the older crowd like atlantis, the gyro drop, the ship ride, and the indoor rollercoaster. Overall a super fun place to go to at least once.
