I booked a Join in tour for our anniversary. Because of the covid, the group did not fill up and we were offered to book a private tour with a big discount. The driver was a very pleasant woman, provided comfort to the smallest detail, took many photos, thank you very much! They also booked a table for us in a restaurant by the river and made a surprise for our anniversary a beautiful dessert. I'm happy with the tour, thank you very much. There might not be enough of a guide to find out more history about this wonderful place. I had to google information about where we are, and there is not so much information on the Internet. In any case, the trip was comfortable, I recommend it!
The tour was fantastic. The guide was really helpful and informative and the food that was included in the package tasted good despite its humble looks. I bought this trip so that my parents who are unable to walk so much can still enjoy the sights and scenery of historical Thailand. We were getting bored of the cycle of just shopping and eating. This trip was definately an eye-opener and a break from the Bangkok 'city life'
The tour was great! Thank you Klook! We don't have to worry about anything. Our tour guide Ms. Ma was great! She taught us how to bargain at the market, hot to quickly ride the train. She took great care of us, especially because we have a senior citizen with us. Thank you again Klook! It was a great experience! 💖
I made all of my free travel schedules as a representative of my family, but in the middle of the day, I did well with this one ㅋㅋ It was easy to just follow along on this day. And the Maeklong Market was the cheapest among the places I traveled to. The firefly tour of the Amphawa Floating Market was the season we went (last January). It was a pity that there were few fireflies ㅠ Still, I think it was a cool boat ride. Koreans included our team 2 There was only a team, so I almost got stuck with a guide who could speak Korean 👍 However, when I moved, the English guide told me more about the history, so I had to go home, (The Korean guide also kindly explained, but the English team with a large number of people. Mainly progressed)
Definitely a must-try, even for those who are frequent visitors of Bangkok but have yet to venture out of the city centre. This tour was well organised, stuck to the schedule and had guides who were fluent in English and experienced in their craft. It was a wonderful journey through time where you get to learn about the culture and history of a forgotten civilisation. The only unfortunate part about this experience was encountering the other tourists who were sadly quite disrespectful towards local customs and places of worship, but that's an inevitability in many cultural landmarks. Still, one would be able to get amazing photographs of these sites without having to go up close (it's better to keep a respectful distance!) Really worth the money and spending a full day on.
