Terms and Conditions:

• A HK$80 platform service fee will be charged for each e-ticket.
• A maximum of 4 tickets can be purchased per transaction.
• Tickets purchased through this platform are issued as QR code e-tickets only. No physical tickets will be provided.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A valid ticket must be presented for entry.
• Please note: Once a ticket purchase is completed online, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Please carefully verify your order details. Once the purchase is confirmed, the purchaser agrees to the transaction details and price and may not refuse payment for any reason.
• To protect your rights and interests, please do not purchase e-tickets from third parties. Entry may be denied, and the organizer reserves the right to cancel such tickets.
• Please ensure that you can clearly present the QR code on your e-ticket upon entry. If you are unable to log in to your account or display the QR code due to network issues, it is recommended that you take a screenshot in advance and save it to your mobile phone for verification. Tickets that do not meet the stated requirements will be considered invalid, and the organizer reserves the right to deny entry.
• For safety reasons, audience members in seated areas must be aged 6 or above. Those who do not meet the safety requirements will be denied entry without refund.
• After taking your seat, seat changes are strictly prohibited for safety and to ensure the smooth running of the event. Sitting in seats other than your assigned seat, on stairs, or in aisles is not allowed. Cameras or tripods that obstruct passageways or cause inconvenience to others will be warned and confiscated. The use of flash photography is prohibited.
• Spectators will not be allowed to observe the group photo session from the side. While queuing, please follow staff instructions. The organizer will not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to queue in accordance with your assigned eligibility. Please strictly follow on-site staff instructions. You must present your admission credential when entering for the photo session. This credential serves as the sole proof of eligibility. Lost credentials will not be reissued, and participation will not be allowed. Please keep it safe.
• During photo sessions, carrying any electronic devices for photography or audio/video recording is strictly prohibited.
• During the group photo session, no form of physical contact with the artist is permitted. After the photo is taken, group photo participants must leave promptly under staff guidance. I appreciate your cooperation.
• All non-official live streaming is strictly prohibited throughout the event.
• The following behaviors may result in enforced removal from the venue:

• Making unreasonable requests of the artist or engaging in excessive physical contact;
• Failing to follow staff instructions or disrupting the smooth progress of the event;
• Using inappropriate language or behavior toward the artist or staff;
• Leaving your assigned seat area or setting up cameras/tripods in other areas, causing inconvenience to others;
• Shouting, chanting slogans, standing up, or engaging in other disruptive behavior that inconveniences other participants.

• For venue and safety considerations, please make your own departure arrangements after the event and cooperate with security staff to exit in an orderly manner.
• Letters prepared for the artist should be placed in the designated collection box provided by the organizer before entry. Gifts other than letters (including food and beverages) will not be accepted. I appreciate your understanding.
• Participants must follow staff arrangements and queue in an orderly manner for the HI-TOUCH session. After greeting the artist, please leave the venue promptly. During the HI-TOUCH session, all participants must follow the designated route and staff instructions. The use of electronic devices for photography or video recording is strictly prohibited. Anyone who found photos, audio recordings, or videos will have the data deleted and will be required to leave the venue.
• During the group photo session, the artist’s designated standing position cannot be changed, and the artist cannot use any props.
• For safety reasons, staff may need to make necessary physical contact while guiding participants. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated.
• Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations throughout the event and follow staff arrangements and instructions. Please take good care of your personal belongings. Any personal injury or property loss resulting from failure to read or understand the guidelines, failure to follow instructions, or acting independently shall be borne by the participant.
• To better safeguard the personal and property safety of all fans and to enhance the overall quality of the event, staff reserve the right to adjust the event content and schedule according to actual circumstances. All arrangements are subject to on-site staff instructions and guidance.
• The event may be changed or canceled without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances. We kindly ask for your understanding. The event start time may also be adjusted depending on on-site conditions. If the event begins later than the originally announced time, your understanding is appreciated. In the event of unforeseeable, unavoidable, or insurmountable major incidents that result in last-minute changes or cancellations, we sincerely ask for your understanding and cooperation.
