Terms and Conditions:

• Each order is limited to a maximum of 10 tickets. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Seating Arrangement: For orders with multiple tickets/packages, the Organizer and Klook will endeavor to arrange but do not guarantee adjacent seating. Seats may be assigned in odd numbers or non-adjacent arrangements. Users must accept the seating allocation after placing an order. The Organizer and Klook will not accept any cancellations, changes, or refund requests due to seat allocation. Final seating allocation will be determined by the Organizer.
• A handling fee of HK$9 will be charged per ticket transaction, and a devliery fee of HK$30 will be charged per ticket (only for delivered to Hong Kong, Macau, or Mainland China). These fees are collected by Klook. Orders are only confirmed upon successful completion of the payment process.
• This ticket purchase will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
• All tickets sold are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Transactions, including but not limited to paid ticketing fees, customer service fees, or shipping fees, will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• If information on the ticket is deleted or altered, or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or becomes incomplete, the holder may be denied entry.
• Please keep the physical admission tickets safe. Lost, damaged, or stolen performance tickets will not be reprinted. Any alteration, photocopying, overprinting, or scanning/reproduction of tickets will be invalid. The Organizer and Klook will not reissue or exchange tickets and assume no responsibility.
• Upon successful booking, Klook will send a confirmation email to the customer. Klook is not responsible for any email delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer or other factors beyond Klook's control, such as communication network issues or email service provider problems.
• Performance tickets will be sent via courier around early August to your registered address (applicable only to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China; shipping to overseas countries is not accepted).
• If the delivery address provided is not within the deliverable area, Klook reserves the right to cancel your order or tickets.

If customers need to change their shipping address information, please log in to your Klook account, select the relevant order under "My Orders," and click "Edit" to submit a change request before June 30, 2026, 23:59.

• No late applications will be accepted. Customers must ensure the delivery address/information is accurate. Po Leung Kuk (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and Klook assume no liability for compensation and are under no obligation to reissue tickets, cancel orders, or provide refunds. If customers have not received their tickets by August 10, 2026, please contact Klook for inquiries. Specific timings may be adjusted based on the Organizer's arrangements; Klook will notify you via email of any changes.
• Details of the performance will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the content of the performance, including but not limited to the artists, performance time, or performance content, without prior notice. Such modifications do not constitute grounds for any ticket refund or exchange. In case of any dispute between the customer and the Organizer, the Organizer's decision shall be final.
• People of all ages must hold a valid original ticket (with stub) to enter the venue; one ticket per person. In case of dispute, the Organizer and/or the venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry to the persons concerned for safety reasons.

• In the event of performance cancellation or postponement due to any incident, the Organizer reserves all rights regarding refunds or rescheduling.
• Final entry arrangements for the performance are subject to the latest guidelines announced by the venue and the Organizer.
• In case of changes to event-related information, the Organizer reserves the right to change or terminate the activity at any time.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any information or content displayed or distributed by third parties during the event.
• Ticket holders must comply with the arrangements and rules of the performance venue when entering and viewing the performance. Staff have the right to refuse entry to anyone who refuses to comply with the venue rules; no refunds will be given for ticket fees, customer service fees, or delivery fees.
• Before purchasing tickets, customers must read and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Participation represents acceptance and agreement to all terms and conditions.
• The performance is arranged by the Organizer. Klook makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality and supply of the performance or related information provided by the Organizer, nor does it assume any responsibility for matters arising from or related to the Organizer's services, activities, or information. For any inquiries about the performance or related information, please contact the Organizer directly.
• All information and images are for reference only.
• These promotion terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and shall be interpreted accordingly.
• The Organizer and Klook reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel this offer or amend its terms and conditions at their discretion, and reserve the final decision on all disputes.

Other Instructions

• Klook Cash cannot be used, nor can any discount codes be applied, when checking out for this activity.
• Successful ordering means you understand that if tickets cannot be collected due to incorrect information provided, Klook will not bear any liability for compensation and cannot reissue any tickets. Collected order payments (including handling fees) will not be refunded.
• Once the order is confirmed, all tickets ordered or issued cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.
• The seating plan is for reference only. The Organizer reserves the right to adjust ticket prices, seating, and quantities without prior notice.
• Event content and promotional images are provided by the Organizer for reference only and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Under no circumstances is the ticket handling fee of HK$9 refundable.
• All physical performance tickets purchased through Klook are legal and comply with Klook's terms. Klook cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased through any channel other than Klook.
• The Organizer and Klook have the right to request that you show the Klook App to verify ticket records.

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klook provides the Klook App, including all content, software, functions, materials, and information within it, on an "as is" and "as available" basis for your personal use only. Klook makes no representations or warranties.
• Klook is not responsible for any circumstances caused by force majeure events, or illness, accidents, injuries, mental or physical disabilities, or death of participants in the performance or their immediate family members, or other reasons beyond the reasonable control of any party. Klook shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill any obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to the above reasons. If the event is cancelled or postponed by the Organizer for any reason, whether tickets and/or packages can be cancelled or rescheduled will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer. All decisions regarding the activity, including whether a force majeure event has occurred, will be at the sole discretion of the Organizer, and all decisions are final.
• If Klook, at its discretion, believes you have engaged in any improper behavior, such as fraudulent or malicious booking, or exploiting software or system vulnerabilities during the sale period, Klook reserves the right to cancel your transaction without any liability to you.
• Klook reserves the right to modify or change the above Terms and Conditions at its discretion at any time.
• Purchasing tickets represents that you accept and agree to all the terms and rules mentioned above as well as Klook's Terms of Use. It is recommended that you read these terms and rules carefully before purchasing.
• In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
