XODIAC Fan Meeting in Hong Kong: This special edition will bring you an exciting showcase of singing and dancing, featuring performances of their most popular songs. In addition, fans can look forward to fun game segments and exclusive fan benefits for up-close interactions.
Debuting in 2023, XODIAC is a K-pop group comprised of nine talented members from Korea, Hong Kong, and Indonesia. The "X" in their group name symbolizes infinite possibilities. This upcoming fan meeting in Hong Kong holds special significance as two of its members, SING (Mak Chun Sing) and LEO (Lee O Yin), are Hong Kong natives. At the event, fans can look forward to powerful singing and dancing performances of their hit songs, along with fun game segments and special fan benefits that offer close-up interaction. Event policies
- A platform handling fee of HK$28 will be charged for each electronic admission ticket.
- Each transaction allows the purchase of up to 10 tickets.
- This event adopts QR code electronic admission tickets and does not offer exchanges for physical tickets. All participants must enter on a one-person-one-ticket basis. Anyone who is unable to present a valid electronic ticket will be denied entry to the event venue. The organiser accepts no responsibility for such cases and will not provide any refunds.
- After ticket holders have their QR codes verified at the Ocean Park entrance redemption counter, they will receive different types of disposable wristbands for redeeming benefits. Wristbands that are damaged or lost will not be replaced, and benefits will not be reissued.
- The randomly selected quota for the welcome event on Saturday, 27 March, along with other benefits, will be announced on or before 23 March 2026 on the organiser's social media (IG: tianren.group). Redemption will be conducted on-site using the electronic ticket. Those who are absent or forget to claim their benefits will not be eligible for make-up arrangements, compensation, or refunds.
- Please note: Ensure that you carefully verify your order details. Once successfully registered, the registrant agrees to the transaction content and price and may not refuse to pay the transaction fee for any reason.
- To protect your rights and interests, do not purchase electronic admission tickets from others, as you may be denied entry. The organiser reserves the right to cancel such tickets.
- By participating in this event, eligible individuals confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event of any violation of these terms and conditions, the organiser reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel or arrange for the cancellation of such individuals' event tickets and/or their eligibility to participate in the event, purchase tickets, collect tickets, and/or enter the venue, without any compensation or refund.

- Eligible individuals and attendees must comply with and agree to be bound by the relevant terms of use, service terms and conditions, and/or applicable terms and conditions of this event, KLOOK, and/or the event venue organisation. Under no circumstances shall eligible individuals and/or attendees hold the organiser liable concerning event tickets and/or other matters related to the fan meeting.
- Anyone failing to comply with the relevant regulations or rules of the event venue may be subject to appropriate measures (including but not limited to refusing entry and requiring such individuals to leave) by the organiser and/or the event venue organisation, without any compensation or refund. Eligible individuals and attendees shall bear all losses and legal consequences arising from violations of such regulations and rules.
- The date, time, and all procedural details of the fan meeting, including but not limited to the content, list of attendees, and/or format (whether announced or not), are provisional and for reference only. The organiser makes no representations or warranties. The organiser reserves the right to change, modify, delay, or cancel the fan meeting or any scheduled programmes, sessions, or activities without prior notice and shall not provide any compensation or refunds to attendees, who shall not object.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be held liable for:
- Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to any person arising from or in connection with this event;
- Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to eligible individuals or attendees arising from or in connection with participation in this event.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, eligible individuals agree to indemnify the organiser and shall bear any direct or indirect liabilities or losses incurred by the organiser due to the following, including but not limited to all claims, demands, legal actions, proceedings, compensation, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees):
- Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to the organiser, other persons, or the event venue organisation arising from any act of eligible individuals or attendees during the participation in this event; and
- Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to the organiser, other persons, or the event venue organisation arising from the acceptance, holding, use, or misuse of event tickets, or participation in any activities related to the transfer, offering, or scalping of event tickets, or other unauthorised commercial activities.
- If, due to any force majeure reasons, including but not limited to communicable diseases, epidemics, pandemics, disease outbreaks, fire, casualties, accidents, natural disasters, acts of God, updates to regulations, enforcement, laws, orders, declarations, rules, requirements, or provisions by the government or any regulatory or law enforcement agencies, political unrest, social unrest, civil commotion, riots, rebellion, or government actions to obstruct, combat, or defend against unrest, strikes, labour disputes, labour shortages or shortages of skilled workers, shortages or lack of supply of products or raw materials, transportation or traffic delays, or any other reasons beyond the reasonable control of the organiser (whether similar to the foregoing or not), the organiser is unable to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions, the organiser shall not be held liable to the extent of such hindrance.
- If a refund or other arrangements are required due to changes, delays, or cancellations of the fan meeting by the organiser, the organiser reserves the right to require eligible individuals or attendees who have successfully purchased tickets to present relevant valid and complete original event tickets and may refuse to make related arrangements for those who fail to present tickets meeting the requirements.
- If the fan meeting is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to adverse weather or special circumstances on the day of the event, please refer to the latest announcements and arrangements on the organiser's official social media pages. The organiser shall not be held responsible for any unmet expectations, inconveniences, losses, or damages incurred by eligible individuals due to such delays, rescheduling, or cancellations.
- Eligible individuals agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any updates thereto (if applicable). The organiser reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. The organiser reserves the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these terms and conditions and/or all other related matters, and its decisions shall be binding on eligible individuals. Any updated or modified terms and conditions shall take effect immediately upon posting.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall not affect the legality, validity, or enforceability of the other provisions herein. Any illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision shall be amended to the extent necessary to make it legal, valid, or enforceable, or otherwise deleted from these terms and conditions, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- The organiser reserves the right to change, amend, suspend, or terminate this event and/or any provisions of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and retains the right of final interpretation and decision regarding these terms and conditions and/or all other related matters, and its decisions shall be binding on eligible individuals and attendees. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, this event, or other related matters, the organiser reserves the right of final and binding decision.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region ("Hong Kong"). Eligible individuals and attendees agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
