To provide every fan with a better ticket purchasing experience, tickets for ComplexCon Hong Kong and Complex Live! Concert are being released in multiple stages. On February 17th, we will release tickets for the March 21st show headlined by Metro Boomin, and the March 22nd show headlined by ZICO! The $1,788, $1,388, and $988 tickets for March 21st and 22nd will go on sale on February 17th at 2PM through Trip.com, uutix, Cityline, Maoyan, Ctrip, and Klook (each platform is limited to specific regions). Please note that tickets for other dates will not be available.

Here are the release dates and times for the remaining ticket types:

• March 23rd second stage sale: $1,788, $1,388, and $988 tickets will be released on February 19th at 2PM through Trip.com, uutix, Cityline, Maoyan, Ctrip, and Klook (each platform is limited to specific regions).

• VIP Ticket Package: VIP Ticket Package will be released on February 20th at 2PM through Trip.com, uutix, Cityline, Maoyan, Ctrip, and Klook (each platform is limited to specific regions).

• $388 Marketplace Tickets will be released at a later date. Stay tuned for more updates about the Marketplace, which will be released soon. Thank you again for your support of ComplexCon Hong Kong!

Tickets for the March 23 concert, featuring NJZ as the headliner for the Complex Live! concert will be available at 4 PM on February 12

The fan experience at ComplexCon Hong Kong is of paramount importance to us. We have always taken fan feedback seriously and made timely adjustments as needed. Based on the feedback we received, there were suspected anomalies during the ticket purchase process. We have promptly communicated this to the ticketing platform, Cityline, for further action. As we do not have access to their system, we are unable to directly investigate and determine the cause of the incident.

To avoid similar issues from recurring, tickets for ComplexCon Hong Kong Complex Live! will be sold in different stages. The first stage: Tickets for the March 23 concert, featuring NJZ as the headliner for the Complex Live! concert, will be sold separately. The tickets, priced at $1,788, $1,388, and $988, will be available in the first phase starting at 4 PM on February 12, simultaneously on Trip.com, Cityline, Maoyan, Ctrip and Klook. No other ComplexCon tickets will be available for purchase tomorrow.
