Inspired by Singapore’s iconic HDB dragon playgrounds, BeLONG’s Art Playground is an interactive rooftop art installation that celebrates the Year of the Dragon.
Say hello to BeLONG and relive your childhood in his playground in the sky! BeLONG welcomes the young and young-at-heart to explore Singapore’s unique Chinese New Year customs within a fun and colourful playground designed by our talented local artists.
Created especially for Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s Roof Garden, the installation was developed by local art and design studio Whisky and Foxtrot LLP, founded by visual artists and designers Fiona Koh and Warren Khong. Admission is free!

The Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre collaborates with arts and cultural groups and community partners to promote and develop local Chinese culture. Through engaging and accessible content, we hope to nurture greater appreciation of our multi-cultural identity and a stronger sense of belonging.
Opened by our Patron, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong on 19 May 2017, our Centre in the heart of city welcomes everyone to enjoy exhibitions, fairs, performances, seminars, talks, workshops and other cultural activities throughout the year.
