As a unique representative of folk culture, the Bai folk shaman totem "Jiama" is a comprehensive reflection of the wood carving technology, printing and papermaking technology of Dali, Yunnan in primitive religious sacrificial supplies. It is a precious folk cultural heritage.
The content is mostly about the worship of nature, such as the gods of mountains and forests, trees, road gods, fire gods, the local Feilongniang gods, rock gods, etc. There are also idols of daily life phenomena, such as the god of gossip, the god of disaster, the plague of saints, etc. There are also main worshipers such as the God of the Three Aunts and the Old Lady, the God of the Eighteen Altars, and the God of the Ancestors.
During the event, you can get one-on-one guidance on painting, engraving, printing, and introduction to national culture.
You can choose a pattern you like to engrave and print on 10 pieces of straw paper, and you can also frame it in a wooden photo frame.
You can come for engraving and printing from 9 am to 11 pm every day. We will keep the semi-finished products for you, take your time.
