Live Nation Singapore is thrilled to announce the return of English rockers THE 1975 to Singapore! The band is set to perform in Singapore this 18 July as part of their viral 'AT THEIR VERY BEST TOUR'.
The 1975: At Their Very Best Tour in Singapore will take place at Sands Expo® and Convention Centre, Level B2, Hall E & F on 18 July 2023 (Tue). Tickets (free standing) are priced at $128 and will go on sale from 13 March (Mon), 10am onwards via www.ticketmaster.sg and www.marinabaysands.com.
About The 1975
Formed in Manchester in 2002, The 1975 is an English pop rock band that has firmly established themselves at the forefront of the music industry. The band was heralded as ‘‘Best Group’ at the BRIT Awards twice and crowned the ‘Best Rock/Alternative Act’ at this year’s 2023 ceremony. Their fifth album ‘Being Funny in a Foreign Language’ was their fifth consecutive No. 1 album in the UK.
To date, The 1975 has released five studio albums to critical acclaim. Praised for their enigmatic songcraft, their music encompasses glossy pop, punk, garage rock, electro-funk, country and so much more. The English rockers have designed a unique approach to song writing and have amassed an incredible following and ardent fanbase through their music which explores mental health, addiction, climate change and nihilism – to reference just a few songs.
