Hotels near Hoa Phu Thanh Waterfall

Beat decision to stay here for 3 days & 2 nights 😊 We had much time to explore Bana Hills during the day and the night vibes. The place is enchanting. Very much highly recommended. My sister had a complimentary cake from the hotel. The Golden Bridge & French Village is majestic.

If you will visit Bana Hills, staying in their hotel is recommended as it will give you more time to explore the place with almost no crowd. Also, the staff is friendly and accomodating. Inside the room, there were only four water bottles, though we were six. I think it would be better if they will also give free water bottles to the kids, because I think they did not count the kids. In terms of breakfast, they were a lot to choose from and were also good.

Checked in almost evening, then not long after someone used the key card to open the room door. When we opened the door, we met 2 cleaning staffs. We were confused, the staffs were confused, then the staffs walked into the room, used the phone to call the lobby, and the lobby asked for our line. The lobby on the phone said that they gave us the wrong room key. The room we checked in had not been cleaned yet (when we entered the room, the room looked tidy). But the lobby asked us if we would wait for the cleaning staff or move to a new room. We thought while waiting for cleaning, where should we wait? The lobby said that the staff would bring the key, so we said that we would move rooms. We waited for the new room key in the original room for a while. Then someone rang the doorbell, opened the door, it was a staff dressed like a mechanic, and he told us to move rooms even though we still did not have the new room key. We walked out with our bags, the housekeeper told us to go to the new room, but there was no key card, the room was dark, so we went down to the lobby, met a bellboy who said he would bring the key card up. We asked why the housekeeper opened our room door. The bellboy was angry and chased us to the lobby. When we moved to a new room, someone used the key card to open the door again, saying that he came to check the room as his duty. Confused and confused, where is the security? Resting in fear that someone will open the door again

Our stay in Mercure Hotel is one of the highlights of our Da Nang vacation. The hotel does not disappoint us. We had a best night view and early morning exclusive walk in the bana Hills.

Very wonderful place, theme was superb. Feels like in France. Transforms at night. Great service and place to stay.

Accommodating staffs and beautiful place. My only concern is the slow process of check in.

The hotel is beautiful and the service is great. You can walk around the Ba Na Hills all day. You can walk and take photos in the evening and morning when there are fewer people. The room is comfortable and the breakfast is just okay.

The management system is very good but there are not enough porters. The room is uncomfortable to sleep in, the refrigerator is not cool, the air conditioner is not cool, the room is not soundproof. But the overall place is very beautiful, like living in a castle. There is light fog, the atmosphere is good and cool. The buffet food is delicious both in the morning and in the evening.
