hotel location:Good Hotel to stay at if you have a concert at the impact arena or around the area because it’s walking distance to the venue! There’s a linkbridge that connects to the venue and it’s super convenient to get to and from the concert venue. Also the hotel is very clean and has all the basic amenities needed ! Would stay here again in the future 🫶🏻

Had an excellent stay at Novotel Impact. Everything is within walkable distance. The hotel is strategically located near Impact Arena, so you won’t have issues going to the concert venue and going back to the hotel even at late nights. It is far from other tourist spots though (ex. Icon Siam) so you have to plan your itinerary wisely. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was excellent, great value for the price, clean, and comfortable. The parking lot is safe with CCTV. I highly recommend this place; the pillows are so soft!

Hotel Location: Close to the concert venue, with convenient access via connecting walkways. If there's a concert at Impact or Thunder Dome, I always stay here.

Close, convenient, clean rooms, and lovely reception staff. The best place to stay for concerts with a comfortable connection to Impact Arena. Lots of friends staying at the hotel too. Complete in-room amenities. Only downside is the combined soap and shampoo, but that's okay. Great water pressure, soft bed, and nice view.
