Great experience with this hotel, the room is big and very near the Senado Square. Transportation is also easy from here. The food is ok, since the food is more on Chinese food.

Arrived via the Galaxy Skywalk, no need to worry about rainy days. There's an activity room in the lobby where you can relax, with snacks and drinks available. The hotel even gave me a small birthday gift.

the staff are very helpful especially the lady trainee in the frontdesk, I wasnt able to get her name but she was very fun to talk to and very helpful with our booking. The room is very spacious as well :)

Almost canceled our trip due to the typhoon, so glad we didn't! Took the Sands casino shuttle, a ten-minute walk from the drop-off to the hotel. The elegant, three- or four-story exterior felt like stepping back in time. They even upgraded us to a sea-view room for free at check-in, amazing! The room was spotless with no odors, the carpet was clean, and the bright, spacious room had a classic charm. The only minor issue was the fridge took a while to cool, and I was impatient – needed a cold beer! Went out to the balcony and chatted with some local Macau friends, they're a different breed. Turns out they even came here for their wedding photos, no wonder they recommended it to us. In short, we'll be back!

Classic British style, the room is clean and smoke-free. Two sea-view balconies are perfect for chatting with friends. With a living room and a bedroom, the wife won't be disturbed when sleeping. Two toilets are convenient enough. The elegant chaise lounge bathtub is unforgettable. The hotel allows a slightly later check-out during typhoon signal No. 8, which is very considerate. Finally, the breakfast price is reasonable - the smoked salmon is worth a try. Will come again next time.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in and got upgraded to a sea view room. I also conveniently booked breakfast. The front desk gave a great recommendation that didn't disappoint – the croissants were amazing. Due to the typhoon in Macau, I might be leaving late, around 1 PM. I appreciate the hospitality and might come back next month.
