Seda Central Bloc Cebu was the perfect stay—modern, clean, and right in the heart of IT Park with direct access to the mall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfast buffet at Misto and the rooftop bar with city views. The gym and pool were great extras, and I appreciated their eco-friendly practices. Overall, an excellent experience. I’ll definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were all friendly and accommodating—special thanks to Kuya Guard for his kindness. The location in IT Park is ideal, with plenty of establishments nearby, plus easy access to the transport terminal and Sugbo Mercado, all within walking distance. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Aside from the occasionally spotty WiFi, everything was nearly perfect.

Staff are very accommodating. Facilities are too old, but room are very spacious
