Visiting the Statue of Liberty is a quintessential New York experience, but doing it with a professional guide truly changes the perspective. We booked our tickets via Klook, and the tour was managed by Amigo Tours. Our guide, Sergio, was absolutely exceptional—his depth of knowledge and passion for the history of the monument made the entire visit so much more engaging. He shared insights that you simply wouldn't get from a standard audio tour, making the package feel like incredible value for the money. The logistics of the trip were handled seamlessly, from the meeting point to boarding the ferry. It’s a high-energy, iconic site, and having someone as professional as Sergio to navigate the crowds and provide context was a major advantage. If you are looking for a well-managed and educational way to see Lady Liberty, this tour is a fantastic choice. Sergio’s expertise is a huge credit to the company, and honestly, he deserves a raise for the level of service he provides.

Having been to most skyscrapers for the view, this place feels the most worthwhile. The interior design makes the photo effects special and surprising. The only drawback is that you have to think carefully before going up each floor, as you can't go back. At the entrance, you'll need to have your photo taken for facial recognition. Also, the food at the cafe on the 3rd floor is reasonably priced. Eating while looking at the beautiful scenery feels like great value for money.

The tour guide was very dedicated, even though the weather was cold and rainy that day, they were still very responsible and explained everything seriously.

Pros: Free Breakfast till 10am, coffee, tea and oatmeal 24/7, walking distance to everything you need, Absolute Coffee and FedEx is right downstairs. Opposite the street you’ll have everything from 7 eleven to Michael’s to Five Below, Walgreens, Pizza and tons of shopping and food spots! Cons: The bed frame could be a lot better, you can see holes of the previous upholstery and it needs a new upholstery. Bathroom is ok, but does need a make over. 7 mins from the subway station if you’re coming from JFK. Other subway stations are 5 mins away and buses are on the same lane as the hotel. A 10 min walk away from the transit museum

Best thing about this hotel is its accessibility to everything you need! 20 min walk to park slope and a 10 min walk to Fulton Street. Absolute coffee is round the corner!
