A highly recommended online ticket reservation! When we arrived at the chocolate shop, there was already a large crowd of people waiting outside the gate to buy tickets! Fortunately, we had purchased tickets in advance from Klook, so we didn't have to wait in line!

Our visit to the Lindt Home of Chocolate in Zurich was a delight from start to finish. Opting for an early time slot turned out to be a great decision—the entry process was smooth, the crowd was minimal, and we had the space to fully enjoy each part of the experience. The exhibits were immersive, showcasing Lindt’s rich chocolate-making heritage, and the generous amount of free samples along the way made it all the more indulgent. We wrapped up our visit at the beautiful café, where we treated ourselves to their signature hot chocolate—rich, velvety, and unforgettable.

Anyone can enter the chocolate sculpture and shop just inside the entrance. When the time comes, pick up your audio guide, go up the stairs and show your ticket. There was a Japanese guide, so we were able to enjoy ourselves thoroughly. Each explanation is long, so I think 2 hours is not enough to listen to everything. In the second half, there were chocolate tastings and games, which made it very lively! There is also an outlet shop a little further away, so if you want to buy a lot, it's better to go there for a better deal.

Very easy and convenient. You can book the timeslot you want, just show the QR code on Klook app at entrance. We enjoyed the museum, get to taste all kinds of chocolate and get some free as souvenir 😋
