What an experience! My friends and I truly enjoyed our time here, it was one of the major highlights of our Thailand trip. Our guide was friendly and informative, always ready to answer our questions and share insights about the elephants and the sanctuary. Pick-up and transfers were on time and smooth, and the food was delicious! The only downside was the shower area, which had very low water pressure. Still, we had an amazing time overall. Highly recommended!

Our driver Artit was the best. He took excellent care of us. Everyone at the elephant sanctuary was great. You can tell they really love what they do.

As a visitor from Bangkok, I find this trip so memorable despite some misunderstandings regarding the private transfer but all I can say that this is such a priceless experience with the elephants, the staffs and mahouts.

Good location, good atmosphere, good staff, not far from the city. The disadvantage is that the room is not soundproof, the children's pool is not clean, lots of dust and sand.

We had a female driver who didn't speak much English, but her service was superb. Great driver, she knew where to stop for toilet breaks, and she had a smiling face also. The tour guide in the sanctuary had a good command of English. He was helpful during an emergency (the elephant sprayed muddy water on my face, irritating my eye). Elephants are darlings, from the grandma to the youngest. Nice experience, highly recommended!

The entire park is planned very carefully, and you can actually experience the traditional Thai rice milling method. It is a great park for taking photos and visiting. After drinking Thai milk, you can take the clay cup back as a souvenir.
