So glad i booked with klook bc everything was seamless, vouchers were sent via email and that's all that's needed to enter the park. I also compared with groupon, t-mobile promos and booking directly, and booking from klook is the cheapest. Also used points from klook so no regrets!!

①I purchased a Universal Studios Japan (USJ) 1-day ticket + Express Pass for each attraction once through Klook. However, it wasn't as crowded as Disney, so honestly, I don't think the Express Pass was necessary. I don't quite understand the specific rules, but it seems if you have a higher-tier Express Pass, you can enter the park 30 minutes before the 10:00 AM opening. We weren't eligible for that, so we entered the park at 9:30 AM and waited in the park's walkway for the 10:00 AM opening. However, the operating hours were shorter compared to Disney (10:00 AM - 7:00 PM), so if you want to experience all the attractions or repeat your favorite ones, an Express Pass would likely help you navigate more efficiently. ②We were able to ride the popular Studio Tour with only about a 10-minute wait. Throughout the day, the wait times weren't very long. The commentary is entirely in English, with the guide at the front speaking live the entire time. People in the back rows watch the broadcast on a TV. Your English skills will be tested. It's almost entirely listening, and honestly, it went in one ear and out the other, lol. There are several events along the way: →①You'll be shaken during a Donkey Kong vs. Dinosaur scene. ②Jaws appears and splashes water on you. ③You're trapped in a locked room during an emergency, and water pours down from all sides. ④A knife-wielding psychopath wanders around. (After that, you'll see a crashed airplane.)

Fantastic! self check in was a breeze! tons of working and charging areas. was in transit so the charging areas were important. Bed was the most comfortable on my trip. High end bathroom fittings. Great price! the only thing which could be better was a drinking water source than the sink tap in the room

Visiting on a weekday, specifically Wednesday, significantly reduced wait times. We were able to experience almost all the attractions in the park. Purchasing tickets through Klook was convenient and affordable. Highly recommended! 👍

the buy 1 free 1 ticket gave us more time to enjoy the theme park in a slower pace, so can save a fast pass cost. this universal studio is kinda of small compared to other universal studios

We visited Universal Studios Hollywood before but this is my first time booking with Klook. The tickets were immediately sent to my email. Entering the park was a smooth processe. We just showed the tickets. Then, we're good to go. Overall, it was a great experience. We enjoyed different parts of the park like Super Nintendo World, Studio Tour, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Waterworld.

I went during the Obon holiday in August, and thanks to a promotion, I got free admission on the second day and had a great time. Mario Kart had the longest wait time by far, but I got into the other attractions relatively smoothly. I purchased my tickets in Japan in advance, which made admission easy. I use Klook every time I travel abroad.
